Table salt linked to High Blood Pressure

In nature, we found the highest amount of Sodium in seawater and seawater contains 92 minerals, of these 92 minerals approximately 30% is Sodium and approximately 50% is Chloride, therefore Sodium and Chloride take up the most amount. They are the first crystals formed when the water is evaporated.  So, what man does is scoops up the first crystals formed, bleach them white with aluminium, so that it runs freely and there is your Table Salt.  Table Salt is a dangerous salt, because now we have very harsh minerals that if you were injected both of those into the blood you would die.

These are too harsh minerals, and they need all the other 90 to soften them and balance them.  The highest concentration of mineral inside the cell is Potassium and the highest concentration outside the cell is Sodium, and in the biolate membrane that is around every cell, there is a Sodium/Potassium pump. This Sodium/Potassium pump is a mechanism that maintains the balance between Potassium and Sodium. When someone is not eating enough fruits and vegetables, that’s where they get most of their Potassium and they put Table Salt far too much in every meal, what happens now is Sodium levels rise and Potassium levels drop.  There is a small amount of Sodium in the cell, but when this happens, osmosis and diffusion happen when the highest concentration merges into the lowest, so now Sodium levels inside the cell are rising which they shouldn’t and the cell swells.  What’s that called? High Blood Pressure Table Salt will contribute to high blood pressure.

Inside the Cell

Inside the cell, there are a whole lot of little energy cycles in the cell.  In fact, in the muscle cell, you can have a hundred energy cycles to a muscle cell.  That’s why the saying that you will receive more energy than you spend on your morning walk is because each one of those little energy cycles will give 18 times more energy if enough oxygen is going into your body.

Celtic Salt linked to healing High Blood Pressure

Celtic Salt contains 82 minerals.  It’s a hand-harvested sea salt, the minerals that are in Celtic Salt are in a balanced form.  Celtic Salt contains 3 types of Magnesium very important for your cells to keep the hydration:

  • Magnesium Chloride
  • Magnesium Bromide
  • Magnesium Sulphate

Magnesium is a water-hungry molecule, and this explains why Celtic Salt is such a moist salt especially when we have had a lot of rain. Those 3 magnesium compounds absorb the moisture, and because Magnesium is a water-hungry molecule it can be used to help the water get into the cell.

So, you take one crystal of Celtic Salt, put it on your tongue, start with a small crystal salt if you have high blood pressure, about the size of a sesame seed.  If you don’t have high blood pressure just start with one normal crystal.  Put it on your tongue and your mucous membrane will start absorbing the magnesium, taken to the cell membrane and you drink your water, and that Magnesium pulls that water inside the cells.  It’s the quickest way to hydrate the body. That’s what we want.

There is a little motor in the biolate membrane around every cell, and when the water is pulled through the membrane and into the cell, it causes that little motor to start spinning and the spinning of that motor gives us a unit of energy.  So, when you are feeling a little tired or maybe a little bit peckish mid-morning have the salt and water and you will get a little bit of a pick-up.

The only time excess water drinking can be dangerous is if people drink too much at once and don’t have the minerals that are in Celtic Salt to pull that water inside the cells.

People complain that they are drinking more water now and they are going to the bathroom more or they complain that when they take water their feet swell.  Those are symptoms that the water is not getting into the cells.  So, you need to have the crystal salt before the water and take half of a glass at once every time you drink water.  Do not take the whole glass at once.  Spread the water over the day.  Remember that your body takes little by little by little, it is the best way to take water. It is like watering a plant.  Ideally, we should have 8 glasses of water a day.

On the other hand, Sodium is the main transport system of glucose across the brush border wall and into the blood, and yet what we are told, don’t eat Salt!  Well, we agree with that on Table Salt, because it causes this imbalance of minerals in and out of the cell, and Sodium Chloride is so strong that it can kill the taste buds.  Have you noticed that people put table salt on every meal before they have even tasted it? That means their taste buds are dying.  Whereas Celtic Salt with all the minerals, enhances the flavour of the food.

So, Sodium is not only required to get glucose into the blood it’s also required to get water into the cell.  Therefore, water is very important and so is salt and again Potassium which is found in all fresh fruits and vegetables.

Calcium can not get into the cell by itself, it needs Vitamin D, when Vitamin D is present the calcium is pulled inside the cell.  Calcium is called the King, because when it gets into the cell all the other minerals piggyback on the back of calcium.

Himalayan Salt

Pink Himalayan salt may enhance serotonin levels in your body. This chemical might help to reduce stress, boost energy and relieve depression. Pink Himalayan salt can help restore energy in your body.

Pink Himalayan salt contains 75 minerals and trace elements, which is pretty good. These include common minerals like potassium and calcium, as well as lesser-known minerals like strontium and molybdenum. But the better option is Celtic Salt because it contains the 3 Magnesiums required to hydrate the cell.

Kalahari Salt

This salt is extracted in the South African Kalahari Desert, dried in the sun and packaged. It contains many minerals and trace elements, has a pronounced flavour and is a favourite among top chefs. Note: Also known as “unwashed evaporated salt”, this salt is unrefined and non-iodised.

The Kalahari Desert Salt is a complete, nutritional salt that is particularly rich in potassium, magnesium, and sulfur. It also contains essential minerals and trace elements. An excellent source of nutrients and trace elements, this pure white salt is one of Africa’s gastronomic treasures.
